Our Feasibility Assessment is a great place to start, we help you determine what will work best on your land and the projected costs for your build ,whether it be an individual house, a duplex or townhouses.

Our assessment is only $1495 and includes the following:

• Onsite meeting to discuss your requirements and proposed plans for the block

• Following this meeting, we will liaise with local Council and Hunter Water and investigate planning and building requirements for the area

• We will consult with one of our builders to discuss plans and potential cost of the build.

• Then we will provide you with a report outlining the planning requirements, suggested plans and approximate building costs At this point we will meet with you again to run through the report and talk through the next steps.

If you wish to proceed, we can help you with further investigation and planning, walking you through the complete building process with one of our builders.
