STRIPES IN THE BATHROOM ANYONE?

Last week on The Block, all the couples completed their final bathrooms .

One couple Courtney and Grant came in last with their 2nd guest bathroom design and really divided the judges with their choice of tiling.

Shaynna seemed to be on the fence, Marty hated it and Darren loved it.

I have to say that while these tiles are dramatic and theatrical - it is a big no from me. These will definitely date and I think they would do your head in at 2am in the morning coming home from a big night out!!

I did love the seat in the shower (although who is going to clean that with all the grout lines!) and the taps and shower roses were beautiful…and I love a big shower niche…and the vanity was a great size.

As they say everyone’s tastes are different , but bathrooms can’t be replaced easily, so I think it’s best to play it safe in that area….what do you think?
